These are a few of my tank set ups with some of my favorite fish. The first is a 55gallon. It is a little bit over stocked right now but I'm gonna space these guys out after I move. This tank has two Penguin 350 bio-wheel filters on it. That makes for 700 gallons per hour of filtration. "Do they really need that much filtration?" YES THEY DO!!! The second is a 30 gal with one Penguin 350 filter. This one is stocked correctly at 10gal per goldfish. Goldfish need ALOT of space and tons of filtration! The third is one of my planted tanks. It's 20gals with a Penguin 150 filter. The fish in this tank are Eastern Gambusa and a female Betta. This tank also has plague of snails in biblical proportions LOL. Eastern Gambusa (the Mosquito Fish) is a native species where I live but is considered an invasive species in many countries. NEVER release fish, plants, or invertebrates from your aquarium into the wild. INVASIVE SPECIES CAN DESTROY YOUR LOCAL ECOSYSTEMS. Always practice responsible fish keeping. If you need to "get rid" of a fish, plant, or invert try giving it to your local fish shop or contact your local fish and game commission to find out how to properly and safely dispose of it.
